XR·AI creative-convergence technology company BestTech Co., Ltd. (CEO Seo Woo-seung) announced that it has obtained the Technology Innovation–Oriented Small and Medium Enterprise (Inno-Biz) certification from the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. In this assessment, BestTech received the highest grade, A, earning official government recognition for its technological capabilities and future growth potential. The Inno-Biz certification is a system granted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups through a comprehensive evaluation of technology-innovation capacity, commercialization potential, and financial soundness among small and medium-sized enterprises with technological competitiveness. BestTech is leading the digital transformation of the education field with its self-developed XR-based educational content platform “EduSpace.” In particular, by applying WebGL technology, it has implemented a learning environment in which 3D content can be executed using only a web browser, and its strength lies in flexible applicability to various settings—school, remote learning, and workforce training—without hardware constraints. EduSpace is linked with BestTech’s AI-based multiple-intelligence analysis platform “AI-MIT” and is being advanced into a structure capable of analyzing learners’ cognitive and emotional data and recommending personalized learning content. These functions are highly useful for responding to public-education issues such as personalized education, career exploration, and narrowing learning gaps. BestTech has completed the registration of two patents related to XR user experience and content operation technologies for EduSpace, both proprietary technologies secured through its own technical personnel and R&D organization. As a result, up to recently the company has been pursuing continuous productization and intellectual-property reinforcement strategies based on the following technological achievements: ▲ 8 patent registrations ▲ 2 patent applications ▲ 5 trademark registrations ▲ 56 program copyright registrations. In addition, BestTech has established a nationwide B2B supply network and is actively participating in public education projects, school curriculum-linked initiatives, and digital transformation projects for local governments, the defense sector, and industry. Moreover, the company was invited to the UNESCO “AI Higher Education Policy Dialogue” held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, in June, where it presented educational cases utilizing its AI-based multiple-intelligence diagnosis platform and XR technologies, and it is actively conducting discussions on cooperation for ODA digital-education projects targeting East Asia and developing countries.
BestTech CEO Seo Woo-seung said, “This Inno-Biz certification is the result of the government’s official recognition of BestTech’s technological capabilities and marketability, and a sign that we are growing into a core company in the edtech industry,” adding, “We will continue to develop solutions that simultaneously enhance fairness and efficiency in education through AI–XR convergence technologies.” Source: https://www.sentv.co.kr/article/view/sentv202507300063 | |
