BestTech Officially Invited to Attend UNESCO–Mongolian Ministry of Education ‘2025 High-Level Policy Dialogue in East Asia on the AI Higher Education Ecosystem’ in Ulaanbaatar on the 30th

BestTech, which leads innovation in creative convergence technologies based on AI·XR, announced on the 23rd that it has been officially invited to attend the ‘2025 East Asia AI Higher Education Ecosystem High-Level Policy Dialogue (High-Level Policy Dialogue in East Asia)’, co-hosted by UNESCO and the Mongolian Ministry of Education and to be held on the 30th at the Shangri-La Hotel in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

This policy dialogue, in line with UNESCO’s strategy for integrating AI into higher education, will bring together education policymakers from East Asian countries, AI experts, and university stakeholders to share cases of applying AI technologies in higher-education settings and to engage in in-depth discussions on each country’s policy directions, challenges, and cooperation models.

Participating in this high-level meeting as a Korean representative AI and XR convergence technology company, BestTech will present its core technology—the AI-based multiple-intelligence diagnostic system—at its official booth. The AI-based multiple-intelligence diagnosis (AI-MIT) is BestTech’s flagship technology that precisely analyzes an individual’s cognitive and emotional domains and proposes a personalized learning pathway, and the company is exploring its scalability across educational institutions worldwide.

At this event, Professor Tae Jinmi of Soongsil University (Head of the GROW-X Project Group) and Professor Robert Dean of Namseoul University will also attend as part of the Korean delegation alongside BestTech. Professor Tae Jinmi is a pioneer in the field of creative convergence education who has studied the policy application of gifted-convergence education and AI education models, while Professor Dean is a world-renowned scholar leading the development of AI and XR-based interactive educational content.

Seo Woo-seung, CEO of BestTech, emphasized, “This UNESCO policy dialogue is a very important international platform in that AI technology is going beyond being a simple tool to transforming the policy paradigm of educational innovation,” adding, “BestTech is ready to contribute to practical innovation in educational settings worldwide through learner-centered AI solutions rather than technology-centered ones.”

Taking this event as an opportunity, BestTech plans to strengthen international cooperation partnerships with UNESCO and educational institutions in East Asian countries and to further accelerate the expansion of the global education ecosystem centered on EduSpace, a 3D XR content platform, and the AI-MIT platform, an AI multiple-intelligence diagnostic system. In particular, the company will also explore ODA·PPP-linked strategies for digital transformation centered on public education and for data-driven educational innovation.

As an international venue for discussing the future direction of higher education utilizing AI, this high-level policy dialogue is expected to serve as an opportunity to empirically show how BestTech’s technological capabilities and educational vision can contribute to UNESCO and the global education community.
